Tea with elderberry flowers, tilia and lemon

It's a very tasty recipe I learned from my grandmother.

For a cup of tea, you need

  • 3-4 tilia flowers or a sachet (but the tea is more flavourful in the first case)
  • elderberry flower - just like you took to the top of your fingers.

Put hot water on the mixture. Let it infuse about 10 minutes, covered. Remove the flowers, leave a little to cool, add fresh lemon juice and honey for more taste.

Lemon and ginger tea

Lemon and ginger tea is undoubtedly the most tasty, healthy and flavored tea of the cold season. It is preferable to drink hot and sweetened with honey.

  • Cut the lemons into large pieces, squeeze them into the kettle and add water.
  • Boil it with a little ginger.
  • It is seasoned with lemon slices.

This tea is a real drug for flu and cold. In addition to the well-known immunostimulating properties of lemon and honey, ginger strengthens the body against disease and, in addition, has antiseptic, antioxidant and energizing action.

Tea with tilia flowers and rose petals

An exciting, sensual and delicious aroma that will spoil your senses in the cool autumn evening is the tea of tilia flowers and rose petals. For a perfect cocktail, add chamomile flowers and some lavender and sip it quietly, listening to ambient music. The effect produced by this herbal blend will induce a deep relaxing state and will rest after a busy and stressful day. You can sweeten it with honey or add a drop of milk.
