Help yourself in menopause

Menopause stops producing large amounts of specific female hormones, estrogen and progesterone, which give women more advantages over the man. The age at which menopause occurs differs from one woman to another, depending on the ovarian follicle reserve. Generally, it occurs after 45-50 years, but can sometimes occur earlier if the ovarian follicle reserve is "consumed".

Menopause is not a disease, but a normal, physiological stage, in which the female body no longer directs its resources to the possibility of a child's birth but internalizes them for other purposes.

We can say that it is analogous to the seasons: summer is the fertile period followed by menopause- the "autumn" in which the fruits are gathered. The period of definitive cessation of menstruation and the possibility of naturally conceiving a child may be preceded by another, longer or shorter, called pre-menopause, in which, due to hormonal fluctuations, sometimes troublesome symptoms may occur, such as those heat waves or hot flashes.

I especially recommend plants in the form of powder, macerate or tincture:

  • lime,
  • red clover,
  • sweet wood,
  • anise,
  • fennel,
  • dill.

You should not lack tincture or ginkgo biloba capsules to support circulation and keep a good memory.

As a female hormonal analogue, women useĀ raspberry gemoderivate, one teaspoon a day. Externally, they can make aromatherapy with lavender oil, groundnut, mint or basil. Attention to honey products: they are very useful and can help a lot. It is very good to replace sugar and chocolate with natural honey.

Take 1-2 drops of pollen daily, which will help in emotional stabilization. Very good is royal jelly in doses of 1-2 teaspoons a day. It is consumed raw, simple, or mixed with honey. The royal jelly must be introduced as early as possible, from the first signs of hormonal imbalance, as it can prolong our fertile period, support the well functioning of the endocrine and nervous system glands.

With such natural solutions, we have no reason to fear the menopause, but we can still enjoy an active and fulfilling life.
