Ingredients

  • lavender flowers
  • chamomile flowers
  • balm mint
  • St John's wort

Preparation Time

  • 10 minutes.

Method

Description

  1. Mix 1 part of the lavender flowers, 1 part of chamomile flowers, 1 part of the balm mint, 1 part of the St John's wort.
  2. Use a spoonful of herb mixture for a cup of boiled water.
  3. Let it be infused for 10 minutes.
