Healthy ways to avoid anxiety

Anxiety as the human emotion experienced by all people at one time is a normal and fleeting state. But when the symptoms of panic and anxiety degenerate into panic attacks and anxiety, we are already talking about emotional distress, manifested by feelings of fear and anxiety to which we add: palpitations, stress, sweating.

In states of anxiety and depression, St John's wort has proven to be very effective because hypercinin, the substance extracted from this plant, has the role of inhibiting the monoamine oxide that plays a role in the inactivation of adrenaline, noradrenaline and serotonin.

Nowadays, the most accessible way to consume St John's Wort is in commercially-prepared products. However, because of the additional substances added in their composition, many people prefer the infusions from the flowers of this plant prepared in our own kitchen.

Method

For infusions:

  • Two teaspoons of dried flowers are required for a cup of water.
  • Must be consumed 2-3 times a day.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is one of the most effective anti-anxiety treatments that can be done at home by the person in distress. For aromatherapy, it is advisable to use lavender oil, as well as jasmine or sandalwood.

Vitamins

Deficiency of vitamins, especially those in complex B, often leads to anxiety. Because of this, preventively, it is recommended to daily administer a supplement containing the vitamin B complex.
