Symptoms of anaemia are palpitations, dizziness, weakness, poor memory or even loss of consciousness.
The decrease in red blood cells, lack of iron in haemoglobin, lack of vitamin B12, acute and chronic bleeding, parasitic diseases, bone marrow poisoning, unbalanced meals.
Nettle infusion: Pour a cup of boiling water over a teaspoon of crushed leaves, cover for 2-3 minutes, squeeze and drink 3-4 cups a day.
Sea buckthorn infusion: Pour a cup of boiling water over two teaspoons of fruit, leave it to infuse for 10-15 minutes, squeeze and drink 2 cups a day.
Honey and pollen mixture: Place 100g of pollen in an 800ml jar, fill with honey, stir well and after 5-7 days consume one tablespoon every day, preferably in the morning.
Fruit juice: sour cherries, blackcurrants, blueberries, black grapes. Drink 150-200ml of each separate or mixed fruit.
Black sesame seeds: Leave a teaspoon of black sesame seeds to infuse in a cup of boiling water for 2-3 hours, then sneeze and consume it or add it in a glass of warm milk.
In case of anaemia, the diet should contain liver or beef and vegetables: carrots, spinach, cress, green lettuce, nettles, dandelion leaves (fresh, frozen or dried), fruits such as cherries, blackberries, blueberries, blackcurrants, black grapes, bananas, peaches, plums, etc.
Fruits are eaten without the addition of sugar.
Some therapists recommend a glass of natural red/black wine at lunch or evenings.
