Hi Kam,

I've read something about this. Chinese medicine is often based on a mixture of herbs, it usually has a fairly large number of constituents.

I'm not sure which herbs in Chinese medicine they say specifically work for Alzheimer's Disease though.

I think that ancient medicines like that often have a lot of truth to them. After all, people relied on them for centuries. That's not to say that we can take them as definite help for diseases but I would hope that they at least point modern-day scientists in the right direction for their research into medicines, or even remedies we can use at home!

Let me know if you find out any more about it.

I have great pain relieving expe

I have great pain relieving experience with turmeric powder. You can add it to warm milk and use it. A teaspoon is enough for a glass of milk. I am sure, it is safe and perfectly okay.
