It is a severe pneumoconiosis due to the inhalation of beryl-insoluble compounds. The clinical picture is similar to all pneumoconiosis, the radiological examination revealing nodular and fibrous lesions.

Removal from the harmful environment and corticotherapy are the basis for the treatment.
